How i used the planning documents

I used my planning documents throughout making my music video.Because I planned what days i was going to film and where filming was going to take place and what i needed.

Shooting Schedule - My shoot schedule helped me keep up with where and when I am meant to be. It told me what days I am filming and where i was going to film this helped me during the process as it made it a lot easier to make sure everything was filmed in time for me to start editing which helped with time management.
Storyboard - I can use my storyboard to set uo shots without thinking about it and makes it quick so i havbe more time editing my music video.

Props, Costume, Make Up - This document tells me the props and costumes that are needed in shots. This will help explain to any crew members why I need that prop, the costumes are also explained to why we need them.

Location Visit -  the location visit sheet helped me find the right locations and how i can use them in my video and the benifits and negatives of filming here..

Treatment -my treatment helped me with everything i needed. it tells me what my buget and the locations im using.with this i can see how much i have and where it needs to be spent and makes it so i keep the video cheap as possible.

Proposal -  in my proposal i sum up what my music video is about and also helped with making my storyboards and the ideas i want to include in my video.

Risk Assessment - My risk assessment keeps everyone in the production safe. this assessed all the risks around me and makes me aware of them when on set.
